i suppose you could PM them on here (Recrev) but i don't think that would be of much use, judging by past response.
perhaps a better response would be to contact through glasslab.

i only suggest because i think they're somewhat affiliated. they definitely seem to get the drop on new Recrev stuff before everybody else. that said, their website provides absolutely no way to contact them... maybe try the crucial guys too. i see them at contests together ALOT. paul@crucialthreads.comglasseye@crucialthreads.com

And if worse comes to worse, maybe try the people who distribute Zeekio yoyos. Since the Zeekio Splash is a rebranded Electric Daisy, they might have parts?

All them assembling.

I doubt they'll do anything for you. Stripped yoyo's are the problem of the owner, not the company, unless it was poorly assembled in process prior to distribution.
This is the first time I've heard about this, so it may not be a design flaw. And if there is more space in the threads, the owner could replace axles by him/herself, if uncomfortable.
Sorry if I sound like I'm trolling, but that's the response you will get with most companies, of any product.

Yeah, not actually my yoyo, belongs to a friend of mine, no excess threading, axle is the length of the whole threading, seems like it's a lost cause, but I thought I';d try to contact them, see if they had any advice, or even a new axle (would glue in better than this stripped one)

Its absolutely a design flaw, the axle is ridiculous, same as the sharp. I can retap it to a slightly larger thread but it wil require me to punch through, similar to most yyfs.

In fact, recrev makes the zeekio yoyos. And then they give them to another site. Just google zeekio animal. And to fix your problem get an 8mm yoyofactory axle. The one that fits the popstar.
