I'm a bigger guy looking to get into freestyle BMX'ing, anyone on here BMX and have tips about a durable light wieght bike that would be good for me to start on?

It's been a while since I've ridden, but my advice would be not to go brakeless if you're just starting out. Can't help you with an actual bike, been too long since I was on the BMX scene but you'll probably want a 21 inch top tube if you're a bigger guy.

I ended up building my own, I'm a bigger guy as well, 190lbs. Volume Dinosaur Frame Eastern 3pc Cranks S&M Bars Odyssey Fork Sun triple wall rims Primo seat Odyssey Pedals Works out pretty well, from a slow roll I can still hop it about 2ft give or take a few.
