after cleaning my bearing looses spin time

so after i clean my bearings( mineral spirits and some v48 lube ) is seems like my bearing ( one drop 10 ball )  wont spin as long as when i got it. even after i play with it for a good while it seems like it wont return to it original long spin. any suggestions on how to fix this.

both. but since posting that iv started throwing it a little harder and it seems to be working in the lube.
