360 Eli Hops and Another Eli Hop Thingy

Can anyone explain these tricks. They are in this video http://www.youtube.com/user/yoyofactoryvideo#p/u/17/-oVweABzQeM. the first one is at the first 15 seconds at the video and the other one is at 26 seconds into the video. If you know how to do these tricks please, please send me a tutorial.

For 360 eli hop, just do regular eli hops while rotating your whole body clockwise. Your face should be facing upwards.
It will turn from eli hops to a boomerang after a half rotation.

Just closely examine the posture, and practice lots.
