hey guys
im like beginner to intermediate, and i got a yoyo dash today.
i realized its too responsive, the tricks like suicide r not possible coz the moment that string loses maximum tension, the yoyo shoots back.
i saw somewhere, in some online store that it has adjustable gap, but im not sure what that means. i though maybe i can unscrew it a bit to make the gap bigger but i cant, either its tigh or too lose, it would fall apart.
should i remove 1 silicone response thing?
whar r your suggestions? i want my yoyo to be almost like my grind machine, which only went up if i bind it.

love a nice g-string

I have a Maverick (very similar just smaller) - 1. clean the bearing and run it dry--try rubbing alcohol if cant find anything stronger. Search this Forum on hot to take apert your bearing
- 2. Take out the response and rub them on FINE sand paper, BUT only the part that touches the string. so it gets worn down faster.
look up how to do a silcone response. It can be a bit messy but after I did the dry bearing and silicone response it was an incredible throw. It still can be a little tug responsive but for the most part it is unresponsive. Look at my BST below and it it the 1st set of pictures on the 1st link under the introduction.
