Whats with my protostar?

So, I went to unscrew my protostar bc it kept making a weird sound in the bearing, and being responsive. So I try to open it up, and you know that little raised circle where the logo goes? That started moving. So the rims moved, but the center didn't. And this only happened on one half. Is this something I can talk to yyf about? My protostar is long past its 14 day warranty.

Contact YYF. The cap most likely broke. That's what it sounds like. There's no way you can fix it at this point.
