So far, when I need one, I just cut up a pantyhose. This works decently, but I'm wondering what you guys use. I'm looking for something that lasts a little longer and offers a little more protection.

Basketball sleeves might work pretty well. Not entirely sure though.
Check out a sports store and I think you can find one for a decent price.
