Ok, everyone!  I got some new axels at my local hardware store, and that corrected MOST of the vibe.  It still has a slight vibe, but it is now much more tolerable, and I don't mind it at all really.  And, I've changed the bearing and tried tuning, but the slight vibe doesn't go away.  What methods would you guys suggest in thickening up the bearing seat (just to see if that is the problem)?  I was thinking clear nail polish or something.
