First up sorry for not using the search button. Internet is slow and keeps on disconnecting -__- Well I unscrewed my protostar the other day and as not usual the spacer sits on the bearing not in the yoyo half as it normally does. Tried to get it off with my fingers/fingernails but it seems to be pretty tight on the bearing. Want to put a spec bearing in! The gap between bearing and spacer is around 1mm big. How do I get it safely off and put it back in usual place, the yoyo half? Thanks
Use a pushpin or a safety pin (or a pocket knife) and poke between the spacer and bearing. Do the same thing 180 degrees away from where you initially poked. You will leave little marks on the spacer, but it won't matter (the marks won't touch the bearing or yo-yo at all).
