so i was throwing my minute and my string broke wich caused the yoyo to slam to the ground  i picked it up and it was as if one of the sides was crooked. idk if this is a bent axle or something more. please help. |

What kind of aluminum? If its cheap aluminum it probably bent part of the yoyo. Thats only if you hit it hard though... |

if it's that one side is not symmetrical to the other, theres not really much at all to do. if it's that they dont look symetrical when it's screwed together, then it's the axle.
Put both halves side by side, with the hub area facing in, if only one looks different, then get a new half, and your set.

if it's that one side is not symmetrical to the other, theres not really much at all to do. if it's that they dont look symetrical when it's screwed together, then it's the axle.
Put both halves side by side, with the hub area facing in, if only one looks different, then get a new half, and your set.
wait were do you get half of a yoyo? I do not think anybody will trade there half for a broken half  |

You could take the axle out and roll it on flat surface. If it rolls smooth its probably the yoyo.
