Bearing Stuck in no.9
« on: November 09, 2010, 09:02:26 PM »

I have 2 no.9s and the bearings are absolutely stck. I used the freezer trick, I tried different types of pliers and the bearing and axles are still stuck.Do you have any advice for me?

If you have some thin lube, put it in between the bearing and bearing seat.
Let it sit for a couple minutes and it should come off.
hope this helps.

Try useing a different kind of pliers. Use the kind with a hole in it, open them, and put the bearing right in the whole. Close the pliers, squezze with some pressure, and twist the pliers while pulling a little. It should come out, just keep trying for a few momments, but it shouldn't take long. for the axle, just use the reular part of the plier, but a lot of pressure so it doesn't fall off, and twist the axle counterclockwise. I do this with my yoyo's, and i hope it works for you too!

Get a drill bit the same size of the inner hole in the bearing. slip it in there and wiggle. Works like a charm.
