so im getting ready to buy his trainwreck from him for 40$, which seemed a bit low to me so i was apprehensive anyway. then he says that he has another account that got banned for saying something derrogatory towards a moderator. i found this reason enough to not trade with him. THEN he decided he wanted to ship at the same time. then i get a message like this, really ruined the chances of him ever trading with me. also check the IP's for me someone. thanks guys. just a warning to everyone out there to NOT trade with this guy. he is extremely rude and really failed at his attempt. The message he sent me That's fine I don't really care if I sell it to you or not, there are plenty of others to trade with. Have a nice evening P.O.S

i never said he was. i just said he was a generally rude person and not a friendly guy, definitely not something i look for in someone i try and B/S/T with. i kindly decline an offer and get a response like that? sounds pretty fishy anyway.

Hmmm... Maybe he meant "Point of Sale" in his response to you? Yeah, although I definitely don't think he qualifies as a scammer from your failed transaction with him, his response to you was definitely rude. If it was "out of the blue" like that then he's probably someone I would avoid trying to deal with civilly. (Look at my recent trader feedback thread... The guy who sold me a BvM and misrepresented its condition did the same rude, knee-jerk response to my PM where I showed him why he had incorrectly described the yo's condition... Yeah, it's a bit different since I got scammed and you didn't, but still it's taught me to be wary of people who start verbally attacking current or potential trading partners). Cheers, -George.

VPN is banned for creating a second account. His original account was puges128 which I banned for a few ridiculously disrespectful PMs he sent me.
Funny thing is that when I went to ban VPN he was already in the ban list. He had been given a one week ban for, you guessed it, language in a PM to another user.

Thanks for the info vega! that really brings a smile to my face to know that he has been taken care of. it also makes me pretty upset to know that he has handled others in such a way. it seems a tad unnecessary to me. but again thanks vegabomb!

Josh, I'm not a scammer, and quite frankly this is a defamation of character. I have decided to leave the yo-yoing community forever because of children like yourself. I hate low-balling P.O.S (Piece of ------- btw ((kowalsky442 that was amusing))) Don't you dare offer me 30 bucks for a yo-yo that is worth much more. I also hate people, like yourself, that negotiate two deals at a time and don't appropriate the amount of money to cover both deals. You sir are the scammer not me. Do not engage in a deal with me unless you have the money .(period) At any rate I was just selling my last three yo-yos before bailing out of the sport all together. I would hope that in an effort to never see me on the forums again that you would leave this account unlocked for a few days while I attempt to cut a deal for my last yo-yos. However, I don't expect that you will.
Much regards to the concept of yoyonation.com and to the sport itself, this me signing off.
Regards, Puges128, puges129, VPN, and HAHA

you shouldnt be allowed on places like this. for reasons such as these.
I obviously had and still do have enough money to facilitate this, and multiple other trades i am currently doing. if you were more patient, and not as rude as you were, sure i would have LOVED to have gotten then 888 from you. but the whole, namecalling and being a generally rude person- that really turns me off to a trade. and i never said you were a scammer. i specifically stated that. i said you were rude and people shouldn't deal with you. learn the difference. because obviously, your too stupid and immature to be on something like this where 11 year olds have more positive feedback and are much more mature then you are. if you still want to sell those yoyo's contact me in a mature fashion.

I dont get it. Whats wrong with the lowballing. If people lowball on my yoyos I reply with respect stating that the price they offer is a bit low. I dont see whats wrong with that. Unless you state no lowballing people can always try and ask...

He is a scammer. This is how i figured it out.
If you look really closely at the last line of has pm.
Don't forget to floss
Floss is obviously connecting to the thread that they make money out of. He also said don't forget he may be reminding you, or himself. So he is saying don't forget the money, or maybe do foret the money as you can see that it came from his point of view so he just reminded himself to forget to send the money to you, himself I mean come on. Was i really the first one to figure this out? It is right in the open.
Edit: I spelt money wrong. From monies to money.

Does anyone on this forum even know what low-balling means? I have literally never seen one person use the word correctly.
A low-ball is not an "offer to low to be properly considered" or anything like that. It's when you lead someone to believe you are going to complete a deal on a previously agreed upon set of terms, and then at the last possible moment, you say, "Oh wait, nevermind, I can only do it at <insert lower price here>."
It's a frowned-upon bargaining tactic that is designed to get the other party anxious or excited to complete the trade, and then banking on that factor to hope they will still go through with it after you've lowered what you're willing to pay.
From the amount of times I see people write "no low-balls," I can only assume no one has any idea what they're talking about. And you might as well write on your post "no being a jerk." There's no point. If someone offers you a price too low than you're willing to accept, then say no thank you; don't whine about it.
And if anyone ACTUALLY low-balls you, just don't let them get you that way. It's a lot easier since we aren't dealing with higher ticket items like houses or boats or cars or something.
