Other than worlds, ya know, one of the if not the biggest yoyoing event.

I do not think there are any other contests in Orlando but in Tallahassee there 2 and also a club that meets on Saturdays.  We are about 4 hours from Orlando so it is a little far to make it to club but you should come to the Capital City Yo-Yo Contest on August 7.  It will be small but should be fun. here is the website ( http://capitalcityyoyo.webs.com/) it will be updated with Sponsors and and other info as time goes on.

Southeast Regionals  will be in Tallahassee also that is not until November but will be a bigger then other Florida contests.
 
There is also Florida States which will be later in the year I do not know when.

I'll be on vacation during that time or I would try and come on up and see that. Yeah 4 hours is a little far to drive. Is the guys user name Tip? Or is it tip and something else. Would like to at least find someone that I can hang out with and learn some stuff from that is fairly local. I'm sure I won't be doing any tournaments anytime soon unless there is a noob tournament. Thank you though and if anyone else is local to Orlando, please hit me up, and yes I will be at the world contest.

yeah his username here is Tip, like Uri said the only contest in Orlando is Worlds.  FL states was in Melbourne this year and was a blast and the Tallahassee contests are fun.  If your ever in Tampa or when I go up to Orlando again ill pm ya

Hey Gang, I live just about 15 minutes from the Rosen and wanted to know if anyone was doing any get togethers a day or two before the event. If so let me know, would love to meet a few people and get some pointers

as some of you already know i am living in florida for 1 year till may 2011.
i always like to share with the community when the yoyoing has a great chance to have a mega audience in a public event.

on 30th of september i did an audience for the important DISNEY talent show : NIGHT OF THE STARS.
I had the mission to bring the yoyoing on tv, on an important stage.
The House of Blues Stage.

House of blues is a Big club where every week some important artist as NAS, JORDIN SPARKS, And many more, used to perform

Today i got the results of the audition
I am really proud to announce that the i will have 3000 people watching a yoyo show in HOUSE OF BLUES - ORLANDO.

I just want to share with all the world community this amazing thing.
from american got talent we had the confirmation that yoyoing has a great potential.
