Title says it, I am asking because I am having the idea of selling it to him, I dont want him to rip me off or me to rip him off, so whaty would be the fair price. The yoyo is capless, has a rusty bearing, its siliconed, has some dirt.
Another yoyo is a shinwoo loop, it has no scraches, has string response/720 mod, rusty bearing.

Wow you guys are slashing the price by 40-50% Would a 100 dollar yoyo be worth 60 bucks without caps and a rusty bearing? no I would say that 10-11 bucks and then shipping would do it.

Since you can buy a brand new Lyn Fury in perfect condition for $15, I can't imagine anyone buying a "capless, has a rusty bearing, its siliconed, has some dirt" version for $11. A new bearing is going to cost $5 (or more), and the condition isn't close to perfect so adding the bearing doesn't bring it back to "new". I stick with my opinion. Just give it to your friend.

I have to agree, just give it to him. Make it your good deed of the day.
Heck, if you give it to him, I'll send him a free bearing. PM me if you're up for it.

It doesn't really scale completely linearly though. Like a 1$ used yoyo wouldn't sell for 0.90$, it'd be basically free lol. Think of it this way - You could spend an extra 4$ and get one new in perfect condition. Even though percentage wise its a big cut, in the real world with real dollars Id much rather pay a couple extra bucks and not have a rusted bearing.

Can you clean out the dirt?
Rusted bearing... I'm guessing that the rust is just on the outside surface of the bearing (Since that's where you touch it.. and the moisture and stuff from your hands coat the thing and it oxidizes)
You can try removing the rust..
Salt & vinegar?
High grit (1500 ish?) wet/dry sand paper.
Bearings should always have a fine coating of oil on it.

Yuck, why is it rusty?
I agree $5 to $8 in that condition. $10 to $12 can usually get you a mint used Fury.
