Alchemy String help

i am thinking of buying some alchemy string and i have heard stories that diffent colors of the sting play diffent and all they have in  stock  is purple has anyone heard of this and could tell me if the purple is good or any other advice about this string thanks

I have never tried alchemy, but I would never get a purple colored string because the visibility is so bad.  But, if you want to, go ahead.

My friend gave me a couple of purple alchemy strings to try.
It's not too bad. I agree that it is hard to see sometimes because of its dark color. Under sunlight it kind of glints.

You should know that alchemy string is definitely a whole new experience. It's stiffer than 100% polyester strings and it slides around your finger sometimes. It's "loose" but it plays very well.
(I've heard that red alchemy string plays pretty badly. I have no experience with the red string but I guess you should stay away form that one?)

ive played with every color alchemy and use it as my main string. orange and green are by far the best in brightness and playability with pink coming in 2nd. i do agree it is a different experience but its worth having fun with. just wait till they restock on the orange or green
