Practice just spinning the yoyos outside of the mount. Get so you can do it really close together without them hitting.

just to clarify that is not shotgun rolls. that is a velvet roll flourish. as far as doing the actual trick, the best tip i can give is keep your hands far apart. just like doing regular velvet rolls if your hands are far enough apart the yoyos can't hit each other. also don't try and go to fast. you'll hit a sweet spot and then the yoyos will just want to continue, at that point you'll be putting in very little effort to just keep their momentum up. hope this helps. if it didn't drew tetz will probably fly in and save the day

I have to say the exact opposite from Steven.  Not that his is wrong, I'm sure that his advice of keeping your hands far apart works for some people, but for me, I take both my pointer fingers, and roll them around each other very closely together.  If you keep your fingers in that rolling motion, the yoyos shouldn't collide.  For me, when that rolling motion stops and the yoyos just move on their own, thats when I lose control and the yoyos collide.  The tricky part is stopping.  If your doing this from a velvet roll mount (which I recommend), you can just drop the yoyos until you are comfortable enough to stop the yoyos yourself.  With blue line, the dropping also involves crossing your arms and then it gets complicated.

Yea I figured you probably could do it by now, since this tread is a month old.  But other people may need help with the trick so I figured whatever I'll just post my advice.
