Hello, today I bought a fast 201 yo-yo. I am still a beginer, and dont really know about my yo-yo. My little brother is rather good at yo yo's. and he told me to adjust the yo yo to make it either more responsive or unresponsive. I tried and it worked. But what I did later was i undid the yo-yo. and all the little stuff inside fell out. I didn't know which way they went in. So i just put the stuff back inside the yo-yo. I showed my lilttle brother and he said that you have broken it. The stuff inside arent meant to be changed around. So I thought I would ask for some help on how to make my yo yo back to its orignial form. Please help me! thanks

Hmmm...
Well the bearing is supposed to be in the middle, and if it has any bronze spacers or something then they go into the grooves of the yoyo.
Got pics? cause it would be easier to help if you could post a picture of your yoyo sides, and all the little parts.

Thanks m8, I just learnt how to do a bind as well. So breaking that yo-yo sort of helped me to learn a new trick :p

On a stock 201, the 2 spacers are usually stuck into either side of the bearing, so it acts like one unit. If for some reason they came apart ( unlikely ) put one spacer on either side of the bearing, the nub side of the spacer pushes into the bearing. There should also be a tiny o-ring that's lodged in the depression in the plastic where the bearing/spacer assembly sits. If they're not there, it doesn't really matter that much. I'm also waiting for pics.

To BlackZHawk and 201_yoer:
You two did very well.
To the former: Thank you for stepping up and offering to fix a problem that you in now way created.
To the later: Good job on making direct (at least as direct as the Internet can allow) contact with a nice, knowledgeable individual. I'm glad for you that you got your issue worked out, and even learned a new trick to two.
This is how a social network is supposed to operate.
As for the topic, pokey-side in for spacers. If that doesn't work, have some flexibility and try different orientations.

a little recognition is always a good thing, makes what you do to help out seem worth it (infact you've just got more than me and i've helped 100s of kids out for years around here) Good job
