I emailed you guys awhile ago and still havn't recieved a reply.
I've seen lots of posts like this, directed at all manufacturers over the years. A quick tip...it's A TON easier for the manufacturers to figure out what you're talking about if you post something like: "I e-mailed you guys on March 14th, asking about getting a replacement shuttle for my 401SD, but haven't heard back. Can you check on that please? The e-mail address is gruntruck36 at hotmail dot com. Thanks!" Being more specific and giving them multiple things to search their flooded Inbox for will most likely get you a much quicker (and better) answer. As a former manufacturer rep...you wouldn't believe the amount of e-mail that comes in daily. Holy moly. |

Inexistent. Now, better yet... Ben, did you guys ever look into the glow in the dark PGM yoyos? We mentioned them about a year ago and there was quite a bit of interest. How come it never took off? |

Glow Metal isn't something we are working on. The addition of a Glow in The Dark paint or powder coat usually leads to a significant decrease in performance. Glow plastic however is something we may visit one day.... (HI DOUG!) |

hey ben or who ever is reading this from yoyofactory you guys should toss a prototype 2010 severe my way so i can test it out hahaha just tossing out some good ideas haha but i cant wait for them to come out you guys did a fantastic job on the first ones and now comes a 2010 version i wonder what those ones will be like  anyways hope you guys keep making fantastic yoyos and thanks one last thing will there be a different shape or just modifications to it |
