I lubed my 5150 bearing, it is still loud. I cleaned it and lubed it again, still loud. What should I do?

Does it sound like it has grit in it, or is it a smooth loud sound?

I don't know how much lube you used, but too much thin lube can sometimes make a bearing even louder than a dry one. I always use a tiny drop on a needle. If it spins fine, you should just play it the way it is. If you keep cleaning it you might kill it.

play it a bit, most definitely. In my experience, freshly lubed bearings actually get louder before they get quieter. If that doesn't help, deshield, clean, and blow it out with canned air, then lube and play some more. If that doesn't help, then the yoyo itself may actually amplify the noise.
