Do these pads break in? I only ask because I've used pads that I've TRIED to break in, but they stay Don't-Even-Attempt-To-Suicide responsive for over a year. I want to use one Dif and one Spider gummie in my Addict.

Ah, well from my standpoint, the manufacturer, they definitely break in and depending on how you set them up in the yo-yo they will be more or less responsive right out of the package. For the Addict I think the best setup is one thin pad and go. If you are bent on puting the two pad response in then i would suggest playing the one Gummie for about 45 minutes to an hour of hard play then add the second pad. I hope this helps.

The material I use reminds me of Wrigley's Juicy fruit gum.
