hows it goin im a bit of a nooby to the yoyos but just brought myself the Yoyojam legacy seems lyk a great yoyo standard but the question i have is i brought a set of shims but cant get the bearing off to put them, shouuld this be the case?? and also makes a loud noice when spinning but does stay down for a while. any help or advice appreciated thanks

Pop it out with a pair of pliers (or your teeth)
If it’s noisy but still unresponsive its dry, a pinheads worth of lube will quiet it down

FYI, the Legacy has a wide fixed gap that's basically having shims pre-installed. I wouldn't recommend adding more as it may cause the string to start falling off the bearing.

oh ye i wont bother adding them then thanks, i will use the pliers or my teeth to get it off anyway nd give it some lube thanks alot for the info

just leave it in and take off the exposed shield then add your pin drop of lube... and save the trip to the dentist

You must have weak ---- teeth then....  But yeah, that’s the way to do it^, you don't even need to take the shield off tbh

You must have weak ---- teeth then....  lol... i just cringe at the idea of biting on a metal bearing and then trying to pull it off... you haven't ever accidentally swallowed one have you
