Buy some from your local hardware store.

what exactly are they... just rubber rings? do they stick to the yoyo? how big would you ideally want in relationship to the yoyo?

Take out the caps, bring it the the hard ware store, find the plumbing o-rings, see which ones fit. But don't put the caps on.

As I recall the o-rings that came in my old FH2 fit in there.  The caps need to be on to keep the rings in.  Dont know if those are still available.  You might also try a hydraulic supply store.  I've found them there.

There is a seal store here in OKC. Its called sealco. They have every type of seal you could think of including orings from super tiny to 20 or 30 inches.

Frank Difeo was kind enough to send me the link to his supplier of o-rings.

http://www.allorings.com/index.htm

On the home page you'll notice Material Selection Guide and below that O-Ring Sizing Chart.  Select the size you need from the chart then go to the Selection Guide.  The least expensive is Buna-N.  Click on Order under Buna-N and then order the number for the size needed.  Unfortunately they come in bulk, like maybe 100.  But the cost for that amount is relatively small.

Maybe this will help.  And many thanks to Frank.

I've cut up sink gaskets with solid results.  If a store has anything rubbery and sealy, they'll have household plumbing bits.

awesome i found some at clark rubber!

got 3 and weighed them on my dads points scale... 2 of them are pretty much identical in weight... however i did notice that they may be slightly different in diameter... not noticeable to the human eye... but when i put them in one of the caps looks like it sits a fraction out... would this make much of a diff? how exact does it need to be???

i find the FHZ vibrates a little even without the added weight...

really not a big fan of these yoyos... only reason i am going to this hassle is cos my girlfriend likes it cos its pink and glows but she loses interest cos the yoyo is difficult to play...
