Ok, my center trac feels very crunchy when I spin it. I tried lube and cleaning the bearing. Any other suggestions?

Does anybody know?
You asked your question 12 minutes ago. Show some patience. As for your question, the other thing I would suggest trying is taking the shields off and blowing the bearing out with some compressed air.
