HVizier, unfortunately the Clash has only been entrusted to me for long term safekeeping. I don't own it.

illusionz, I assume that's a Stargazer v2? beautiful pictures.
I consider the original Stargazer to be one of, if not THE best yoyos I've thrown. I'm curious to see how the v2 compares. The specs are nearly identical, but I wonder how much of an actual difference there is between the two shapes. I prefer the more rounded edges of the original Stargazer and Stardust over the newer angled shapes found on yoyorecreation's current lineup, but the new aesthetics are pretty awesome.

the angles on the v2 draw even less friction on hops and layers than the v1. it also plays MUCH faster and floatier. the v1 has more spin time though, and feels more solid

both throws are great, but for my style of play the v2 is a VERY obvious choice

i plan to do a compare/contrast review of both soon. i hope that helps until then

Well that stinks.  I wonder why they don't want more people to be able to play what seems to be a really excellent yoyo.

Yup, those pics are of my stargazer 2. GREAT yo. I also had the luxury to try a dreadnought at a HK meet, it was seriously awesome. yoyore:creation is really getting better.

I think after that they went to the BirdinHand shop and then were sold out.  If I was at Nats i would have bought one.

The Clash in my picture above came directly from Nationals (not Bird in Hand) and flown back to NYC so it's safe to say at least ONE was purchased there  . It would have been much cooler to attend 44 Clash and get it there but it's a long walk and swim to Japan.
It's a really awesome yoyo and you can play and do all the same tricks as any other throw, but it's pretty big and I can't see it as a practical daily thrower (Ryan@yoyonation would beg to differ). I imagine that the Dreadnought basically feels like a metal 4a yoyo. I have to use longer string on the Clash as shorter string throws off the proportions. It just feels weird. Chopsticks combos are fun.... breaking in a new bearing and having a yoyo that sharp and that size snap back and hit your hand is not.

I held kengo's YYR (donno which one) but it was pretty huge lol at TYYC last year.. btw, he's awesome.

The Messiah looks like a very solid throw. Unfortunately I've never tried it yet..

But I own a BB'ed Stardust 2 and you can't go wrong with it. Perfectly smooth and just..I don't know..perfect, I can't find any flaws in it.

if you like regular get a stardust v2 or stargazer v2. both are amazing throws
