Need Replacement Protostar Spacers

Please help  In my cluttered basement I decided to take off one of the spacers in order to clean out some of the silicone that was left between it and the bearing but in the process of prying the damn thing off it flew at 90mph off my wall into a pile of clothes somewhere perfectly silent.

So therefore I have spent 2 and a half hours searching with no luck and cannot find anyplace to order a replacement I really need one by Friday if not saturday morning

But why do the damn spacers have to have a tolerance of negative 10 i mean jesus!.
Yoyonation doesnt appear to sell them so how the hell are you supposed to get replacements?

Jimmy....if you had spent the time looking through the amount of crap for a spacer smaller than a dime with sore muscles for 2 days.

I think your patience may have run out. On top of not a single online store ive checked carries a replacement spacer. They carry replacement parts for yoyos from 98...........but not 2009/10.

Really right now im at wits end and cant use my badass throw I just siliconed and started to really thoroughly enjoy the feel of. Frustration has set in, and even if Ben is gone which is cool and all its still a company, a company has employees. Someone should be able to take questions, calls or concerns. Say I was a vendor that wanted 20 protostars 15 G5's and 22 Genesis', they'd be out a nice chunk of change because only one person can answer their email.

And yes I pm'd Ben got a response and then emailed them within the hour. And still nothing. Does anyone see where im coming from here? I love the product but damn I just want it working again >_<

I have been in london and just arrived in prague. May I suggest you email yoyonation and request they order spacers. Without knowledge of demand they will not stock them.

Search for it until your fingers get permanently paralyzed. Then contact YYF or YYN. Oh yeah, your fingers are paralyzed, so you can't type an email or dial numbers on the phone.....wait a second, get replacement fingers. Go have surgery, cut those little suckers off, then get replacements. It'll only cost you several thousand bucks, several months, confidence, and your fingers.

Or, you can just be patient.

Someone should really lock this thread considering Yoyofactory obviously does not care about customer support just as long as they get your money.

Funny thing is even Yoyojam will send you out new pogs and caps for little to no cost, and in a timely manner. And people wonder why businesses are crumbling and the economies in the toilet.
