I am wanting a new yo-yo and i want to know which one has the most quality for what i pay. Here are the yo-yos i have been looking at: Yomega Maverick- $25 Yomega Dash- $30 Duncan Metal Zero- $33 Yoyojam Dark Magic- $40 From what i have heard, the dark magic is the best, but i don't know if it is worth the extra money.
Which one would you recommend between the ProtoStar and the Legacy?

MFHZ-no,just no DM-pretty good but cracks easily Maverick-Pretty good metal for 25$ big, durable, long spins, what more do you want. Dash-Small, durable, cheap, long spins, one of the best.
Dash and Maverick are the best in the list. Legacies are better. But the Maverick and Dash are great beater yoyos.

He's relatively new, I'd highly suggest a Lyn Fury, one of the best yoyos ever made.

get the legacy if you line heavy throws or buy an fhz and play it till you break the bearing in then get some modded fhz's

Whether or not you can bind a legacy would be pretty good, me and two of my friends started with one.

I agree with the guy who said the Lyn Fury. Definitely a great beginner yo-yo for sure. It will be as responsive or as unresponsive as you want it to be. Highly recommended!

In a respective price scale, the absolute best starters all come from YYN: the Die Nasty, the Velocity, and the Grind Machine. Get all three for less than the price of a cheap metal and you can't go wrong.

The Legacy is impossible to beat in terms of performance per dollar ratio. It's not just a great yoyo for $22.50, it's a great yoyo, period.

IMO the Prostar blows the Legacy out of the water, and if you consider that the Prostar plays like a $100+ metal it really is the best bang for the buck!
