I had a lot of trouble removing the KK bearing from my Sleipnir & had tried for a good 15 minutes to get it out by wiggling it with pliers. I've encountered some pretty stubborn bearings before (namely my superstar's), but this one was a real pain. After searching around on YYN I found one method I hadn't tried: the freezer method. I popped the bearing half into the freezer, watched some Youtube vids, came back to the yo-yo, took it out of the freezer, and tried the pliers again. Bearing came out in 3 seconds. It's a last resort since moisture builds up on your yo-yo, but it definitely works .

Moisture wont affect the yoyo anyways. If youre worried about it getting in the bearing then just blow it out w/ compressed air afterward.

Have you stripped or lost your axle? PM me. I have brand new replacement axles for just about any newer metal yoyo for $2.50 shipped.

I took the bearing out to clean it in the first place so I ended using the compressed air anyway.
