Got bored and designed this. Probably would play like junk haha. Weight: ~67 grams Diameter:51 mm Width: 41 mm Bearing: C size Response: Recess sili Response area 2 mm wide x 2 mm deep Gap size: ~ 4.2 Matador spikes and thumb grind lip
Raised rounded rims sloping down into a shallow curve to increase weight on near the edges. It is followed by a steeper drop that leads to a small slightly angled high wall. From here, you hit 90 degrees and into the response area. I wanted to minimize string rubbing, so the vertical wall almost immediately hits the response which lies right next to the bearing. I tried to recreate a snap in bearing seat. The axle would be a small yyj axle.
I don't know if this would be possible to machine because I have no idea what cnc machines can handle and how strong this structure would be machined out of aluminum.

Gar, I'm a pirate snake.

Actually, it doesn't really look like either to me. It is more flared, and has different angles. I like the width and diameter alot, but I too would like to see no matador spikes. I would rather see something like the Anti-Yo flat nubs. Still, if that came out I would buy it.

Pudding + Yo-yos = a stupid equation and a complete and utter waste of both pudding and yoyos.

It looks sweet But also fairly heavy. I would want to keep the matador spikes but loose 1 or2 mm in width.

I like 67 It definitely depends on the yo-yo. I've thrown 68 & 69 gram yo-yos that play faster & lighter than 65's

I don't think 67g is going to be heavy if matador spikes are there. well I like yos to be 65-ish anyways
