Clean up engravings?

The engravings on my Pacquiao are a little dirty. How should I go about cleaning them.

what yoyo is it? sorry i am not familiar with the paquiao. What i do sometimes is dip a quetip in aceton and rib it gently on the engraving. .

This is designed to play without the jimmy hats, but can be added if you want to.
