Status on messed up reply thing or browser issue?

I am using internet exploder again. I am noticing that once I fill a box, whenever I go down past the bottom, rather than following, right after I finish typing the cursor will stay where it is, but the bar will shift upwards so I can't see what I am typing.

  While this is nice in that it prevents me from making particularly lengthy posts, it is extremely annoying all the same. Is a solution in the works or...?

Click on tools, then click on Compatibility View. That seems to work for me.
