The pre production prototype BvMs are a lot heavier (71-72g), have a different profile, a smaller nipple and are small bearing. I messed up the density calc somehow in proe. They are more highwalled sort of like the Peak and YYJ yoyos. We had to shave off some weight so that's when we sunk the curved profile all the way to the silicone groove. Fortunately this gave them a better look/play and was something Boyd really loved. There were only 6 made. I have a raw one. I think I gave the other raw one to Boyd?? And the rest were anodized, 3 were gifted and one was sold. 2 brown w/ blue splash and 2 green w/ blue splash. The green ones are floating around somewhere?? Phatt's photo shows the profile best. There are also some regular raw BvMs floating around. Not many though. I'd say these small bearing ones are the only prototypes. The rest were all prety much the same height. The AYYA release and up is finally the intended weight and stability. Pip Pip.
so I was right. Yay! I think Chris has one,Boyd has one, and Sebby has one chris has one of the blue TE peaks, and the other blue bvm, boyd has a green TE peak and sebby has the other. green bvm-no one knows.. |

i personally dont think the SB BvsM is really a big deal at all. its just a collectors item. if there were really that much of a gain from playing it, CLYW would have done a run, especially now that they do a throw in LB and SB

I originally got the blue team edition bvm which i later sold from him which he got for being on the team
I wouldn't be surprised if he has the green bvm also
