I agree with Clifford. I especially like modding the FHZ to accept a D size bearing and dual silicone. Small bearing feel but less snagging.

i like how it returns to your hand more slowly. gives more control for regens and stuff. i've been throwing d bearings almost exclusively for a while. when i throw a large bearing yo-yo they shoot back to my hand super quick after a bind and it's harder to do as much with it. it's nice to see a few more companies, like ILYY using them.

I thought it was the pads in my CUT that did that, but I guess it's the bearing. I simply love the return of a D bearing. It doesn't fly up the string, it rolls up. You get tight binds, but they aren't that snappy.
