brake cleaner fluid (not brake fluid) supposedly works.

The real question is: Why would you?

Paint thinner/Mineral Spirits is so ridiculously cheap and extremely effective.

I'm pretty sure thats for lubing your bearing, not cleaning. I use acetone, it works great. you can go to target or walmart or any place like that, and look for nail polish remover. make sure it is 100 percent acetone though. Good luck!

Acetone all the way. Female members of your family???
just swipe their nail polish remover, check "ingredients" and look to see if its 99% or higher acetone.
