Bearing Problem.
« on: September 17, 2009, 05:14:27 PM »

I just received my Dv888 in the mail on Monday. When I first got it, when I spun the bearing, it spun for about 8-12+ seconds. now when I spin it, it only spins for like 2 seconds, and it sounds like there's a rock in it, and vibrates at the end of the spin. I tried lubing it but it only made it worse.

Any tips on how I can fix this?

Check the bearing seat.
I did, I even put in my other yoyo's and on the end of a paint brush, it does the same thing every time.

It sounds like its ready for a clean
(like you say, it sounds like somethings in it)

If you don't know how, just look at a few threads in this section,
"how to clean", "why won't my bearing spin good" threads are posted 15 times a week,
and most of the time the answers are the same  Smiley

But try a drop of lube first, it might do the job  Afro

Remember to let it dry for 10 before lubing it
