yoyo problem
« on: September 10, 2009, 03:08:14 PM »

Hey all , my mx Alchemy yoyo just became responsive like two days ago for some reason i can throw it and bring it back up with out binding.  This is messing me up on tricks cause it tries to wind back up and messes everything up, it has always been unresponsive since out of the box.  Does anyone know what it could  be?  I throw a lot so i dunno if its the bearing?

More then likely it's the bearing.

Clean it,it'll be fine after that.  Afro

Sounds like the bearing, Uncrew it and see if it spins freely when you flick it.

If it's not spinning well give it a good cleaning.

if u do lube it I would micro lube it. basically use a tooth pick get enough lube on there to barely make a drop on the tooth pick then apply it to one of the balls I the bearing. I actually run my bearings dry... I love it when they scream..
