Maryland Yoyo Shnobs (Meet-Up)

what about the 8th? is anybody available sunday afternoons? i think that would probably work better than the 7th for me. a friend of mine is moving so her going away party is the 7th from 3 to 8. and the church youth group wants to have a pool party at my house that evening. so if i time it right i could maybe meet with you all for a couple hours, go to my friends going away party for a little while, then still get back to my house for the pool party. but i would rather not be driving all over like that if i dont have to.

hey guys, just thought I'd tell you this, there's a new kid who works in the music store I work in and I just found out he yoyos . .gonna try to talk him into coming to a meet,(that is if we ever meet again).He's pretty good, a little old school maybe but he competed in one of the Md. contests before so maybe I can get him to come . .anyhoo just sayin' . .

so as i said in the text i sent out today. if we can get 5 of the 7 shnobs (one being me) together before i leave for college on august 25th i will spark the sovereign as long as there is a video camera there to record it. ill figure out what days im available to meet and post them. what days are you all able to meet?

hmmm Zeke I apologize, I don't think I can do anything before the 25th. I'm up to my neck in gigs between now and then. All I can say is the shnobs won't be the same without you . . You better stay attached to this thread though, and who knows, when you go home on holidays maybe we can all meet then?? I wish you the best of everything up there in Pennsylvania . .

it doesnt look good for having a meet before i leave. im super busy getting ready for college the rest of the time im home. this past saturday might have been my last available day. sorry everyone, hopefully we can have a meet when im home for vacation.

Demo still throws everyday. Just has been REALLY busy and doesnt check the forums all that often. Ive talked to him on the phone, and via text recently. As for Dan, Im not sure completely...Im sure he still throws, but, i think hes been really busy with work. Havent talked with him much. I think weve still got a solid 5, (6 if you count Noah)

Jazz or Marching, you guys should take control of the shnobs, . . . you both get my vote, as Zeke was kinda a mover and a shaker in the motivation dept.(and he's off to greener pastures ). Someone's gotta do it, and I think you young bloods outta grab the reins
On a sad note, I lost my enem3 last night , I think it vibrated off of my amp and rolled away to some crack or crevice unknown, guess I can't keep my yoyo on top of my amp at the gig (I guess I gotta learn stuff the hard way sometimes, sigh . .)

i was on a budget so i got a Fender Frontman 212R. its two 12 inch speakers, 100 watts ana a real spring reverb. sounds sooooooo great, i just got it above 5 on the vol nob at my band practice lol, it was still loud enough. soooo awesome. its so amazing, only $300 bucks!
