How do you get this thing out? I assume one side of the axle is locktite. I tried pliers, but the bearing isn't budging and the way the axle is designed, I'm affraid I'll bend it.
Anyone able to get it out?

Hello
|
Yeah i got the bearing out just using my fingers. But many peop;e haven't been able to get it out. Maybe try taking the bearing out as straight as possible with your fingers. Or try with plyers. But mine comes out somewhat easily for some reason. Maybe try playing with it because I took it out after playing with the yoyo for bit.

Hello

Well just keep trying. I'm not sure how mine came out. One thing I noticed tho is that one the side w/o the axle if I put the bearing on that side the bearing can slide around a tiny bit and when playing the string almost slips on that side too. I think maybe that side the part outside of the bearing is a little too big. Its weird.

*SID* try finding 2 bolts tht can screw on the axle, and remove the axle ( with the bearing still on) by screwing the 2 bolts on top of each other ( make sure they are tight on top of eachother) and then backing up the bottom bolt. once the axle is out push the bearing off. then u could lightly sand the part where the bearing was mounted so tht it is much easier to remove later hope this helps

Thnx dunno, thnx Rockin yo! I finally got this thing out! It's stuck on the axle like it was spot welded. I got it soaking now, so hopefully I can get it off the axle. In any case, I got the silicone going, which was the purpose anyway. All good. It's a labor of love.
