dismount for double green triangle?

my og combo that i made requires double green triangle at the end. i want to dismount smooth and easy. the popping off is hard because it's a double green triangle. there's a way to transfer into a single green triangle but it doesn't look smooth.

i need a way to complete my combo

you know the way to pop it into the regular triangle?
pop it the other way, but dont land it on anything
