I assume that the regular PURE will be released here soon.
Also, was anyone elses PURE mad responsive when you got it? I was going to clean it but couldn't figure out how to remove the shields. Emailed SPYY and they said not to remove the shields, but just clean it with them on. Gonna give that a go soon. Anyone else in the same responsive boat?

I just swapped the bearing for one of our own ones. =) Also, there is no problem with deshielding and cleaning a spyy bearing. That are the normal productions runs btw:  |

actually the EZO bearings that SPYY typically use can't be deshielded like normal bearings (by removing the c clips) - you actually have to pry the shields off which then cannot be put back on. |

raytsh, Those pics look amazing.
As for the bearing I recommend not cleaning and just adding some thin lube. Just play with the yoyo, beat it up, and love them, and the will love you back.
