Need Recomendation for more advanced Yo-Yo
« on: June 19, 2009, 08:07:52 PM »

I have been using a Yomega Hyperwarp Heavy Wing, Lancer, and Xodus II for a while and now I am looking to move away from yomega and purchase a more advanced yo-yo.  What are some good yo-yos that I should consider buying?

First of all, never buy from Yomega again. Lol.
Get a YoYoJam Lyn Fury for 15 or a Stackless YoYoFactory PGM for 20 and a bundle of YYN Highlites!
Thats the way to go

I second that strongly! Yomega sucks. They used to be a good go-to brand but not anymore. Get the legacy and string.

You can't get the PGM stackless any more.

I recommend the Legacy. It was my first advanced yoyo and it is fantastic. Just grab some string, thin lube, and either replacement silicone rings or some flowable silicone.

I also like the YYJ Legacy for a plastic.
If you are looking for a metal, grab a General Yo Five Star while you can. http://www.yoyonation.com/product.php?productid=16845&cat=251&page=1

Thanks for the help.  I am probably going to buy both the Legacy and the Five Star.
