I can't log on to my account on the store. I type in my info, it loads a screen and doesn't do anything. It loads like I just refreshed the page. It doesn't say that I've typed my password in wrong or even if the username does not exist...
Anyone else have this problem? How do I fix it?

that use to happen to me and i'd be logged in even though i thought it didn't work
try clicking on view cart and see what happens

I clicked "Your Account" and it tryed to make me log on, which did nothing...  *Edit* I came to my friend's house, and my account works on his computer. *Edit* |

I still can't log on. I was logge on on my other computer, so I got on that and added stuff to my cart. Then I logged out, thinking that was the problem in the first place. I tried all the passwords I use, and I still can't log on...And if I can't log on, I can't buy stuff..

I still can't log on...I just recovered my password, just in case that is the problem. But I doubt it...

OK. I'm really irritated now. I used the password and name that the YYN forgot password thingy gave me and it didn't do a thing. I typed it in, hit "login" and all it did was refresh the flipping page. What is the problem?  |

This happened to me with yahoo. I was able to use a different browser and log in, it might work for you.

Have you tried clearing browser history/cache/cookies?

Ry firefox or google chrome, or try checking your cart, or clear cookies and data history and cache

I've tried the latter, hate google chrome, and haven't tried firefox. I don't really need help anymore, I got my stuf via another site. Thanks for helping, though.  |

Okay, so now, a long time since this has been a problem, I have ideals of ordering from YoYoNation. So, I would probably need my account working. I've now tried Google Chrome, re-recovered my account information, and tried to make a new account, all to no avail.
What could be the problem? What can be done? I'd really like to get to order from YYN when I get some money...

I'm not sure what to tell you, it certainly sounds like a cookies or cache issue but if you've tried clearing that then i'm not sure.
Unfortunately if your account works on other computers it seems to be an issue with your machine, not our end. Have you tried registering a brand new account?

Yeah, I've figured it's my end that's messing up. Yeah, I tried to make a new account. Whenever I got done with the form, it just reloaded the page. It could be I only tried it once, but I don't know. I guess my machines/ISP don't like the YYN store.  |
