I need help with Inside Sumersaults. I don't know how people do them like basic binds, but they don't end up into binds!?!?
Can anyone help/make a video? Yeah, I know making a video for something this easy would be a waste of time, but any help is appreciated.
Thanks!

DC, do you know Braintwister? Trapeze with a somersalt is exactly the same as braintwister except backward. Turn your body 90 degrees toward your free hand, so that you're staring into the gap of the yo-yo. Now take your throw hand index and push it against the trapeze loop (the tip of your index finger should be pointing in the direction of your free hand). Keep the free hand still and make a circle with the throw hand, away from you, up, toward you and down. The confusing thing is that most trapeze tricks are side style (both index fingers pointing in the same direction), but for a trapeze somersault, you're actually doing frontstyle temporarily (both index pointing toward each other). As you get better at it, don't have to turn your body much and technically don't have to push into the loop with your throw hand (instead using the momentum of the throw), which makes what's going on less obvious. While you're in the frontstyle position of trapeze, you can try other stuff too like backward barrell rolls and backward boingy boing. Hope that helps! Shawn

To prevent from ending up in a "mindbend" position(kind of like a bind) when you're doing the inside sumersault make sure that your left hand comes to the inside of the right hand so there wont be a wrap around the axle.
Sorry if that made no sense.
