It'd be great if some hard working mod  angel would put up a megapost of links to all the videos. It is kind of a hassle dealing with all the thumbnail cut off titles etc. on youtube...

Just a thought.

Most people find that the second hop in kwijibo is easier than the first. The most important things are to make sure that you get a consistent hop and that get the string spacing right for landing.

After you land in the 1.5 and cross your arms, make sure to square up your shoulders again so that your mount is not out in right field with your left arm extended. You will get a more consistent and straight hop if the yoyo is right in front of you.

When I am in that 1.5 mount and cross my arms, the string on my non-throw hand index finger is close to the the base of my finger. Then when I hop the yoyo up and uncross my arms, the string slides up to the knuckle at the finger tip, which is where the string would be if I threw a standard double or nothing.

Just keep practicing and you will get it.
