Lucha Libre Headaches

Apparently my consolidation prize from my scammer who got away with my tfl is a completely unplayable lucha libre. Two months of waiting, and he sends me this, and a FHZ and a raider.
The Libre is one that I was kinda interested in, but after two throws or so, it slips the string to the side of the bearing. This has to be fixable.  I don't want to put a KK in there, it should work with a flat bearing.
Just FYI, I did try flipping, and also removing the spacer shim thingys. Nothing achieved.
I also used the Search function, so no jumping on that oft used response.

Anyone?  Anyone?  Bueller?
