what strength thread locker do i use low medium or high?

 Just throwing this out there, but wouldn't it be easier to just get a proper sized axle ?
Wouldn't that eliminate the need to have to tune your yoyo by centering the axle ?
Not trying to take anything away from Bos guide, just curious ?

The axle has to be smaller than the length of the threading in the yoyo+bearing,
if not the axle will hit the end of the insides of the yoyo before it tightens up..
