I have been yoyoing for a couple months now and a few weeks ago decided to join the boards but I haven't made a post yet. So I was looking at some getting into 2A and 4A and had a few questions and figured I would ask some people who know more than I do.
I have a pair of sunset trajectories that the strings both snapped in yesterday and was wondering what most people use for string in their 2A yoyos. I put some highlights in both of them today so I could work on two-handed loops. I like how they play but I am open to suggestion.
The other question is about what some good beginner to intermediate 4A yoyos and again the best string to pick up to go with the yoyo?
Thanks.

I've been doing 2A for a month now and it definately helps to use shorter tstring then normal. (Not to much shorter)
For 4A I use a griffin wing by shinwoo. This thing is so underrated. I would highly reccomend it.

I use white slick 6 50/50s for 2A.
Bigyos are the best IMO and I also use type 6 50/50 whites for 4A.

I use slick 8 (50/50 cotton/poly) for 2a -it's thicker than slick 6 and more responsive. I find cotton breaks too easily and 100% poly has a tendency to melt sometimes.
As for 4A yoyos, I'd highly recommend the Duncan Hyabusa for an intermediate yoyo (it really is fantastic) and something bigger, like the YoYoJam Aquarius or Bigyo are good for beginners. I really like to use G-String PX format (it's thick, soft and whips well) for offstring, but most 100% poly string that is decent at whipping (highlights included) is good for 4A.

Hey guys, I'm also new and wanted to ask a question myself. What string/brand would you guys recommend for 1A? So many out there in all the stores, i am not sure. And if you are really bored you can tell me what all the difference is. Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot for all the advice. I think I am gonna go with an aquarius or maybe griffin wing as a 4A yoyo.
Haha or both. I want too many yoyos to count right now.

Get highlights, the difference between them and everything else is that Highlights rule and they're always availible. Other strings that are amazing are RedFoxDudes strings (magic especially cool), Gstring, and Slick 6 50/50 (although its a little rough on the hands)
