If you put a video up for direct download, an individual is able to download it once and view it later at his leisure as many times as he wishes without needing to ever reload it.

I have never downloaded a video tutorial in my life, unless I had to to view the video, which I found a hassle.

That might just be me though.

Nothing has been kicked out.  If a trick you submit has already been submited by someone else, I am going to pick the best one for the site.  So far I have about 50 submissions and yes, they do overlap on tricks.
