Didnt want to bump my old thread,

Is there such thing as a wobble/vibration free phi? Like a pyro smooth one?

seriously, the phi's have a bad rep because many if not most of the original run wobbled like drunkards. however, the replacement spacers fixed that problem pretty well. the issue was that a lot of people found it incredibly difficult to get the replacement spacers.

when the 2nd phi came out, there were a very few dissatisfied reviews, but the vast majority of them were wobble-free. i've only played 4 of the second run, but they've all been extremely smooth. mine (the green one you passed on) vibrates less than my pyro (which is not to say that my pyro isn't smooth). actually, more people disliked the "super-bearing" in the 2nd release than any vibration.

the phi has a reputation for wobbling, which makes sense given the erratic nature of the original run. a great deal of them, however, are outstanding, consistent player. you really don't have to look hard to find a solid one.

thanks for the info. Im just looking for a raw, stock Phi. If I didnt have big plans for it than Id go for the green one fo sho. Plus my pyro rocks
