I sent them to YYN via USPS priority mail last Thursday.  I honestly don't know when they're going up for sale but I have a feeling it should be sometime soon.

They are still allowed but the rules are more strict. I believe reserve orders are canceled after 5 days unless you get in touch with someone at yoyonation and work out payment arrangements. If they dont hear from you in 5 days, the resvese goes back up for sale. Not 100% sure about this so you might want to email info@yoyonation.com and ask for the specific details.
