Oh man, this is like being ask to pick your favorite child.  It's almost impossible to decide between the two.  I will have to go with the Barebones though, only because it is the same size and shape as YYJ's Lyn Fury (which is one of my favorite plastic yo's).  The Barebone has a very solid feel to it and you can take out the weight rings to make it a bit lighter.  The Tank is more narrow then the BB which IMHO makes it a bit faster and a bit more maneuverable, but the Barebones just sorta "does it" for me. 

So, size is about the only difference.  Both have weight rings and both have satinized finishes, which is great for grinds.

I had to pick between this a couple weeks ago when I was purchasing one, and Bemis pretty much nailed how I felt also.  I had played both of the yoyos a lot from different people and the Barebones shape was just more my style.  Which yoyos have you had in the past that you have liked a lot (size wise)?

or u could get they bone chip if u think you'll the bb shape but a little smaller
